Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns for eligible items for store credit within 7 days from the day your item is marked delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused & with tags attached. You will receive your store credit once the item is received and verified to be in new condition.

We offer our products for wholesale & will not accept any returns or exchanges without an Emi Lei order number.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Please provide us with tracking & include your packing list or order number in the package so we are able to quickly process your return.

Each item goes through extensive quality control procedures to avoid shipping out defective items. In the event that your item arrives defective, please reach out to our customer service with photos within 24 hours to receive approval for store credit. Once approved, you have 7 days to send the item back to us. You will receive your store credit or once the item is received. All returns are subject to a restocking fee

If you received free shipping and your return puts your original order under the free shipping threshold, your shipping cost will be deducted from your return.

Emi Lei LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please reach out to your carrier for further assistance. We can provide tracking numbers or any information you need to file the claim.

Anything purchased on sale will be final sale.

Due to the nature of these items - headbands, accessories & gifts will be final sale.
