We currently ship to the US and Canada.

Order Processing and Delivery Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Delivery times will depend on location and type of shipping that is purchased at check out.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Emi Lei LLC due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Emi Lei LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Emi Lei LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Emi Lei LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Local Pick Up
We will occasionally offer local pick up at our in person market pop up events which will be located around Los Angeles & Orange County area. Feel free to contact us on instagram @shop_emilei and give us a follow to find out when our next event is!
